Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly deposit targets, NTBs, and ETBs with a focus on CASA.
- Improve customer service through prompt handling of complaints and inquiries.
- Ensure branch efficiency by applying efficient processes and improving QA Audit category.
- Implement bank policies and procedures under SBP guidelines, ensuring a good audit record.
- Lead the performance management of branch staff and provide periodic appraisals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).
- Age: Up to 55 years (as of January 23, 2025).
- Experience: At least 6 years in banking, with a preference for candidates with 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
