Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and specific client needs.
Review new and existing programs to assess appropriateness and recommend changes as needed.
Support the performance monitoring process related to injury, illness, and incident within the assigned account or market area.
Develop and implement strategic solutions to improve performance outcomes as needed.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; HSE Programmes, Safety standards including OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, ISO, ACGIH, and NIOSH, Safety certifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3 years of related management experience.
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Direct experience with regulatory agencies or compliance officers preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, robotics, construction, and facility maintenance/management preferred.
- Certificates and Licenses
- Any of the following certifications are preferred:
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
