We are excited to announce that PERSOLKELLY has been selected as the sole recruitment partner for the Western Australian Electoral Commission (WAEC). As part of this partnership, we will be supporting the recruitment of a workforce of 10,000 people to help deliver the State Election in 2025.
We are currently looking for candidates for the following key positions:
Vacant Positions:
- Issuing Officer
- Issues ballot papers to electors, rotates as a ballot box guard and queue controller.
- After 6 pm, assumes the role of counting officer.

- Student Electoral Officer
- Assists with polling place duties. Available for Year 11 or 12 students.

- Time: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm

- Voter Information Officer
- Provides support for culturally and linguistically diverse or Indigenous electors.
- Date: 24th February – 8th March 2025
- Time: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (24th Feb – 7th Mar) and 7:00 am – 9:00 pm (8th Mar)
- Level: 1.1
- General Assistant
- Assists with polling place setup, counting, and packing up on polling day.
- Date: 7th – 8th March 2025
- Time: 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm (7th Mar) and 5:30 pm – 10:30 pm (8th Mar)
- Level: 1.1
- Ballot Box Guard
- Ensures the correct placement of ballot papers in the ballot boxes and assists with counting duties after 6 pm.
- Date: 8th March 2025
- Time: 7:00 am – 9:00 pm

- Queue Controller
- Manages queues at the polling place and assists with ballot issuing and counting.
