Liaising directly with banks and preparing all necessary documentation when required
Conducting strategic financial analysis to support business strategy and decision-making
Possessing a deep understanding of corporate governance, complex trust/entity/fund structures, tax planning, project finance, strategic planning, and consolidated accounts.
Managing a large asset portfolio
Overseeing day-to-day financial operations
Preparing monthly operating budgets and cash flow analyzes for group entities
Preparing year-end financials and company income tax returns for submission to the external accountant for final approval
Managing new and proposed acquisitions and providing feasibility analysis for current projects
The Successful Applicant Will Have
Extensive experience as a financial controller in a similar role
Consistency and stability in their professional career
CA/CPA qualifications (essential)
Experience with successful project finance submissions and working with major banks
Experience in managing a large asset portfolio
A strong background in the property and construction industries (a must)
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with a range of skills
