As an Early Learning Educator, you will play a crucial role in supporting children’s development, fostering their learning, and helping them grow through play-based activities. You’ll work collaboratively with senior educators to create an enriching environment, ensuring all children’s needs are met.

What You’ll Do:

As an Early Learning Educator, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing engaging and inclusive educational programs for children.
• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s development.
• Providing care and support while fostering a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance educational outcomes based on the Early Years Learning Framework.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Passion for teaching, inspiring, and supporting young learners.
