Position Details
- Job Title: Zonal Head Branch Banking Operations – Central
- Grade: SVP-1/EVP-1

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with SBP policies and the Bank’s internal processes.
- Maintain a strong control environment and financial discipline to meet organizational goals.
- Implement SBP Currency Management strategies and monitor Branch GLS for operational optimization.
- Enhance customer service and reduce fraud risks through strategic investigations and continuous monitoring.
- Drive staff development, succession planning, and performance evaluations to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with external service providers, ensuring compliance and proper documentation (SLAs, SOPs).
- Empower Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) with necessary tools and reports to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor ATM performance and schedule branch visits for quality control.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university (local or foreign).
- Experience: Minimum 08 years of banking experience, with at least 06 years in a similar role.
- Age: Up to 55 years (as of February 08, 2025).
