Qualification and Experience
Chief Internal Auditor
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants or certified internal auditor.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant audit experience.
- Articles from top four audit firms will be an added advantage.
Director Program
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in social protection program design and implementation.
Director MIS
- MBA in Information Technology Management (ITM) or MSc/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of IT management experience.
- PMP certification required.
Director Cash Transfer Program
- Master’s degree in relevant fields.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in cash transfer programs.
