Your Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients
- Provide complex, multidisciplinary care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet patient needs
- Act as a role model for safe nursing practice
- Provide education and support for health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life care
Essential Criteria
- Authority to work in Australia
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
- Working with Children Check (if applicable)
- Compliance with ACQSHC National Standards
- Minimum of 12 months’ acute surgical experience
- Commitment to quality patient care
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
